A fair rate and an honest repair: nothing else
Our story
The Shop That Tells You the Truth
At Ray’s Wheelhouse, we believe an auto shop should earn your trust the old-fashioned way: by telling you exactly what your car needs, and what it doesn’t. When a customer came in expecting a $350–500 window repair quoted elsewhere, we found a disconnected wire and sent them on their way. That’s how we work.
From our shop on Industrial Blvd in Hayward, we handle tires, alignments, and mechanical repairs for the people who live and work around us. No pressure, no needless upsells from the big-name playbook: just a fair rate and an honest repair, six days a week, Saturdays included.
- Open six days a week, including Saturdays
- Honest diagnoses: no needless repairs or upsells
- Tires, alignments, and mechanical repair under one roof
What customers say
“Ray and Mario are absolutely incredible. Easy to work with, efficient, great quality of work. I’ve brought my car to them a couple times already. One example of their honesty and professionalism: my drivers window stopped rolling down - I was told that it was a $350-500 fix from other shops. Ray took a look at it and there was just a wire disconnected and helped me avoid a needlessly pricey repair. This shop has very knowledgeable and great folks! 10/10 would recommend.”
“When in for four tires. Can honestly say Ray is a great guy! Took care of me and gave me a really good deal on tires and alignment. Will definitely be going back for other services.”
“Ray provided excellent service at a great price, and the repair was timely. No rediculous upsells or charges like you get from the big name shops nearby, just a fair rate and honest repair. If you work or live in the area, this is the place to bring your vehicle if it needs some TLC to keep it going.”
